When the consultant team manages 327 properties across multiple frameworks, the only sane overview is a heat-map. One tile per property, coloured by status, with the queue surfacing the exceptions.

Status is the colour. Every property reads as one tile, the colour is the disclosure status. Red and amber jump out without needing labels.

The legend is the queue. Counts next to the legend chips link directly to a filtered list, the heat-map is also the entry point.

One screen for the senior consultant. Senior consultants triage from this view, they do not need a card deck to spot which fund needs attention.
